Our P-38 LIGHTNING is released under the original license of the American defence company Lockheed Martin. The Lockheed P-38 LIGHTNING was a fast and heavily armed American long-range fighter aircraft of the Second World War. This unusual twin-engine aircraft had a nacelle with a pilot's cabin placed between two fuselages. The so-called ""flying frame"" provided very good performance. The aircraft enjoyed a long production period (which lasted from 1941 to 1945), with a high number of victories by American pilots. The plane was only decommissioned in 1965.
